Sylvia Horname Nutsukpui is a lawyer with over 25 years’ experience in legal policy, human rights, gender, and development. In addition to her Degree in Law, she holds an MA in Social Policy Studies, an MSC in International Business and several certificates in Human Rights, NGO Management and Leadership. She is highly experienced in advocating for human rights and gender equality across the globe and strongly engages the African Human Rights System and the International Human Rights Mechanism. She is a co-founder and the Executive Director of IGED-Africa, a Ghanaian based NGO focused on promoting human and women’s rights, gender equality and development in Africa.
